ALPLA employs approximately 12.000 employees in more than 134 plants in 37 different countries and produces plastic packaging solutions for renown brands of all categories including Food and beverage, personal care, home care as well as the oil and lubricants industry. The apprentices of today are the drivers of innovation tomorrow. It is therefore understandable that particular value is attached to apprenticeships. ALPLA Hard and Fussach are highly proud about 50 apprentices who are currently trained in a variety of fields, ranging from plastics moulder, tool machinist, machining technician, plastics technician, production technician, electronics technician, design engineer, office clerk or EDP technician.

ALPLA is also expert in setting up inhouse-productions directly at the filling plants of its customers.
